Mark only what you actually did. No rounding up. No retroactive check-ins.

Define your habits

Choose 3–7 daily commitments. They should be specific, measurable, and within your control.

Streaks are earned

A streak counts only consecutive days with at least one habit completed. Miss a day, start over.

No shame, no judgment

Bad days happen. Log them anyway. The data is for you, not for performance.

Community is optional

Share if you want. Lurk if you want. The pact is between you and yourself.

Consistency over perfection

3/5 habits done is better than 0/5 because you aimed for perfect. Partial credit counts.
